1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We gladly offer a 30-day return period, giving you up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a refund, your merchandise must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: It must be in the precise condition in which you received it—completely unused.
  • Tags & Accessories: All original tags, labels, and included accessories must be fully intact.
  • Packaging: It must be returned inside its original manufacturer packaging (including any protective materials or specific product boxes).
  • Proof: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

Please do not send packages back without contacting us first. Packages shipped back without prior authorization will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

  • Step 1: Contact Us. Email our customer care team at support@snowhomey.com to start your formal return procedure.
  • Step 2: Get Approval. Once your request is officially authorized, we will supply you with detailed shipping instructions and the correct return warehouse address.
  • Step 3: Ship it Back. Follow our instructions to pack and ship the item.

3. Return Shipping Fees Explained

  • Store Error or Defective Goods: If you need to return an item because of a mistake on our end (e.g., you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), Snowhomey will gladly cover all associated return shipping costs.
  • Buyer's Remorse: If you decide to return a product simply due to personal preference, ordering the wrong size/color, or a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Note: Any initial shipping charges paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable.

4. Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

We strongly advise you to carefully examine your package immediately upon delivery. Should you find that a product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please alert us right away at support@snowhomey.com. 5. Items Not Eligible for Return

For consumers residing in the European Union, you maintain the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. The returned merchandise must still comply with our standard "unused" and "original packaging" criteria outlined above.

7. How and When You Get Refunded

Once your returned package reaches our facility and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Issuance: If authorized, the refund amount will be automatically routed back to your original method of payment.
  • Timelines: Please grant our team up to 10 business days to completely process the return internally. After we issue the refund, your credit card provider or bank may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to officially post the funds to your account statement.
